Often the building must achieve all of this whilst still sitting in harmony with its setting. American style horse barns are a convenient method of housing the horses, tack room, day living, feed room, wash down area and very often the horse walker as well, all under one roof. We design our horse barns to suit the stable layout. For example we make the bay centres of the building the same as the width of the boxes. This achieves: Better internal appearance. Unobstructed headroom in the box. Strong fixing points for the partitions.
